The final battle comes in an endless war to stop Thanos from destroying the universe. Demonstrating enormous superhuman strength, stamina and durability Thanos begins to kill and destroy anyone who confronts him. While Thanos waits for someone to defeat him, Wolverine arrives and stabs Thanos in the chest with his indestructible adamantium claws. Then Thanos gets too angry with wolverine because he attacked him by surprise and Thanos says “you thought you could defeat me haha”? And with his infinity gauntlet he attacks wolverine. Wolverine begins to scream so loud and Thanos begins to laugh at the suffering of Wolverine. Then, Thanos says “nobody can fight against me” and by snapping his fingers he turned wolverine's indestructible adamantium skeleton into sponge and kills him. As a result, Thanos says “nobody can stop me, for I’ve become a god and the king of the universe.”
